Orders & Shipping

When do you ship?  

Orders placed before 3 pm usually ship the same day. After 3 pm, next business day.

How long is delivery?  

Within Switzerland: 1–2 business days after shipment.

Where do you ship?  

Switzerland and Lichtenstein. Current methods/rates: see our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping?  

Standard shipping is CHF 7.00. Free shipping on orders over CHF 50. Details: Shipping Policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?  

Message us ASAP with your order number. If unfulfilled, we’ll update or cancel. Once shipped, follow the return process. Customer Care.

Tracking & Delivery

How do I track my order?  

Use the tracking link in your shipping email. Can’t find it? We’ll resend—share your order number.

My order shows “Delivered” but I didn’t get it.  

Wait 24–48h, check neighbors/reception/safe places. Still missing? Contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

My parcel arrived damaged.  

Sorry! Contact us via Customer Care page within 48h with photos (box + item) and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement/solution.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?  

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Start a return via our contact form to receive an RMA and the return address. Refund Policy.

Can I exchange an item?  

We don’t do direct exchanges. Return unused, unopened items for a refund, then place a new order. Refund Policy

Who pays return shipping?  

Depends on the reason (change of mind vs. defective/incorrect). See policy or ask us for your case.

When will I get my refund?  

After we receive & inspect, refund goes to your original payment method. Bank/card posting can take 3–10 business days.

Products & Ingredients

Are your products authentic?  

Yes—only from official Korean distributors/brands. No grey market.

Where can I see ingredients (INCI)?  

On each product page under Ingredients & Safety (or details tab).

Are your products cruelty-free / vegan?  

We curate cruelty-free products. Look for vegan, fragrance-free, alcohol-free, clean ingredients, pregnancy-friendly, dermatologist-tested badges on each page.

Safe for sensitive skin?  

We select gentle formulas, but always patch test first and introduce one new product at a time.

Pregnancy/breastfeeding safe?  

You can find pregnancy friendly products here but please consult your healthcare professional first.

Skincare Routine Help

How do I layer?  

PM Routine
Cleanse → Tone → Treat (essence or serum) → Eye Cream → Moisturize
PM Routine
Remove Makeup → Cleanse → Tone → Treat (essence or serum) → Eye Cream → Moisturize → (Optional) Sleeping Mask
Double cleanse if you wear makeup or SPF. Apply treatment serums for your skin goals, then eye cream and moisturizer.
If your skin feels dry, add a sleeping mask at the end.

Masks & Devices
• Masks: Use 2–4 times a week after toner (before serum).
• Exfoliants: 1–2 times a week at night — avoid the same night as retinol.
• Beauty Devices: Use after cleansing and toning, then follow with serums and moisturizer.

How often to use masks/exfoliants?  

At least masks 2–3×/week. Exfoliants 1–2×/week. Pause if irritated.

What should I buy for my skin type?

Can I mix acids and retinol?  

Avoid strong acids and retinoids on the same night. Start slowly.

Which payments do you accept?  

Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Twint, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you offer gift cards?  

Yes—digital gift cards available HERE (valid for all products).

Sustainability & Packaging

Is your packaging eco-friendly?  

Yes. We care deeply about the environment. All of our packing materials are made from recycled materials, and our shipping boxes are FSC®-certified. We also minimize plastic wherever possible and use paper-based fillers and tape.

Do you include samples?  

Yes — we love adding surprise samples to your order. For more chances to receive exclusive samples and little gifts, make sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Instagram @kkumida.ch — we often surprise our community there!
