Clean Ingredients is KKUMIDA’s stricter standard. We exclude parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde-releasers, PEGs/ethoxylates, mineral oil/paraffin/microbeads, PFAS, cyclic silicones (D4/D5/D6), and controversial UV filters.

Are your products 100% authentic?  

100% authentic products—brand-new, sealed, and traceable to official sources. We source directly from authorized channels. If anything feels off, contact us and we’ll make it right.

How do I use & layer this?  

AM: Cleanse (wake-up wash) → Tone/Mist (quick sip) → Treat (essence/serum) → Moisturize (seal) → SPF (don’t skip!).
PM: Cleanse (remove day & SPF) → Treat → Moisturize. Masks · Devices

New to K-Beauty? Go 'thin → thick': watery → gel → cream → sunscreen.
Caution: Avoid using strong acids with retinoids on the same night.

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?  

We ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein free from CHF 50. Delivery time: 1–2 business days. Order before 3 pm (Mon–Fri) for dispatch same-day. (Weekend/public-holiday orders ship the next business day.)
Simple 14-day returns (unopened, hygiene-safe items only).
