KKUMIDA Rewards – your questions, answered with care

💡 Where can I see and use my points?
You can always see your current points balance on your account page.

Once you have at least 300 points, a special points code will appear in your account. Simply copy this code and paste it into the discount code box at checkout.
🌱 How do I earn points?
Earning points is easy as long as you’re logged in to your KKUMIDA account:
  • Shopping: Every eligible purchase earns points.
  • Sign-up bonus: Create your account and receive 100 points.
  • Social follow: Follow on Instagram/TikTok & comment “followed!”.
  • Reviews: Leave a product review for extra points.
🎁 When can I start using my points?
You can start redeeming your points once you reach a balance of at least 300 points. From there, you can use them in 100-point steps (300, 400, 500...), provided you have enough points.
💎 How much is one point worth?
Points convert to money off at checkout. As a simple guide, 100 points = 1 CHF discount. Your account page will always show your available points, so you can decide what feels best for you.
💛 Does using points lower my tier?
Good news: no. Redeeming your points does not lower your tier.

Your tier (Member, Insider or VIP) is based on your cumulative purchase amount over time. Once you unlock a tier, it’s yours for life.
➕ Can I use coupons and points together?
At the moment, points codes cannot be combined with other discount codes. You can either use a coupon (e.g. birthday coupon) or use your points code in one order.
