How to Use

  1. In the morning, after cleansing and toner, press Dr. Althea Gentle Vitamin C Serum into the skin.
  2. Apply moisturizer if needed, then finish with a generous layer of Tocobo Bio Watery Sun Cream.
  3. Reapply sunscreen every 2–3 hours outdoors.

How to use  

1. In the morning, after cleansing and toner, press 2–3 drops of Dr. Althea Gentle Vitamin C Serum into the skin and wait a minute for it to absorb.
2. Apply your moisturizer if needed.
3. Finish with a generous layer of Tocobo Bio Watery Sun Cream, about two finger-lengths for the face and neck. Reapply every 2–3 hours outdoors.
Note: The vitamin C serum can also be used in the evening if desired. Store it away from heat and light and close the cap tightly.

What it is & why it works  

What it is: A two-step Korean morning brightening set: Dr. Althea Gentle Vitamin C Serum (30ml) and Tocobo Bio Watery Sun Cream SPF50+ PA++++ (50ml).
Why it works: UV exposure creates free radicals that trigger dark spots and dullness, and vitamin C is the antioxidant that neutralises them while also brightening existing pigmentation. Dr. Althea's serum uses ascorbyl glucoside, a stable derivative that converts to vitamin C in the skin without the stinging or oxidising of pure L-ascorbic acid, with niacinamide for extra brightening. The Tocobo sunscreen then blocks the UV before it can do damage, with a watery texture that absorbs over the serum without pilling and no white cast. Vitamin C makes sunscreen more effective and sunscreen protects the results of vitamin C; used every morning, tone evens and glow returns within weeks.

Use strong acids (AHA, BHA, PHA, peels) and retinoids on different nights, and add one new active at a time. For hair, body and makeup, follow the directions on the pack.
