How to Use

  1. Spray Hypochlorous Acid Spray over the face whenever skin feels hot or red; let it air dry, no rinsing.
  2. Evening: after cleansing and spraying, apply a Midnight Blue Calming Sheet Mask for 15–20 minutes and pat in the essence.
  3. Seal with 345 Relief Cream. Repeat nightly until skin settles; use spray and cream alone on other days.

How to use  

1. Any time skin feels hot or red: close your eyes and spray Medicube Hypochlorous Acid Daily Facial Spray over the face from 15–20cm away. Let it air dry; no rinsing needed. Can be used over makeup.
2. Evening, during a flare: after gentle cleansing, spray again, then apply a Dear, Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Sheet Mask to the face. Leave for 15–20 minutes, remove, and pat the remaining essence in.
3. Seal with Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream, using a thicker layer on the most irritated areas.
Note: Repeat the mask nightly for up to five nights while skin settles; on other nights use the spray and cream alone. Pause all actives, exfoliants and retinol until redness has fully cleared. Chill the masks in the fridge for extra cooling.

What it is & why it works

Why it works: A flare-up is inflammation plus a compromised barrier, and each product targets one part. Hypochlorous acid is the molecule your own immune cells produce; sprayed on skin, it neutralises bacteria and calms inflammation instantly with no alcohol or sting, which makes it safe on skin that cannot tolerate anything else. Guaiazulene, the blue compound from chamomile in the Klairs mask, is a potent anti-inflammatory, and the cooling sheet with centella and erythritol drops skin temperature to reduce redness within minutes. The 345 Relief Cream then does the structural work, replacing ceramides and hyaluronic acid and calming with cica so the barrier closes and the skin stops reacting. Cool, calm, rebuild, in that order.
