Anfängerplan & Häufigkeit:
Woche 1 & 2: Nur 2 Nächte pro Woche anwenden. Woche 3 & 4: Steigern Sie auf jede zweite Nacht. Woche 5+: Bei Verträglichkeit jede Nacht anwenden.
Anleitung zur Verwendung  

Nur abends, anfangs 2–3 Mal pro Woche. Reinigung → (optional) Feuchtigkeitsspendendes Gesichtswasser → erbsengroße Menge Retinol → Feuchtigkeitscreme. Nach 2–3 Wochen, falls verträglich, auf jeden zweiten Abend erhöhen. Tagsüber: Sonnenschutzmittel mit hohem Lichtschutzfaktor (LSF) ist unbedingt erforderlich. Vermeiden Sie die gleichzeitige Anwendung mit starken Säuren am selben Abend.
