Where do I find and use my points?+
Your balance sits on your account page. Once you pass 300 points, a points code appears there too. Copy it, then paste it into the discount code box at checkout.
How do I earn points?+
Stay logged in and it happens on its own:
  • Every eligible order earns points automatically.
  • 100 points for creating your account.
  • Product reviews earn extra points.
  • Follow us on Instagram and TikTok, then comment "followed!" on any post so we can credit you.
What is a point worth?+
100 points = €1 off (or CHF 1 in the Swiss store). Redeeming starts at 300 points and moves in 100-point steps — 300, 400, 500, and up.
Does spending points cost me my tier?+
No. Your tier is based on what you've spent over time, not on the points sitting in your balance. Spend them freely — once you reach a tier, it's yours for life.
Can I stack a points code with a coupon?+
Not for now — one code per order. So it's either your birthday coupon or your points code, whichever saves you more.
Do my points work in both the Swiss and EU stores?+
Yes. One account covers both. kkumida.ch and kkumida.eu are the same shop, so your points, your order history and your tier follow you either way — you'll just see CHF on one and € on the other.

Spend from both stores counts toward the same tier. Orders ship from St. Gallen for Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and from our Austrian warehouse for the EU.
Tiers are lifetime and based on your total spend across all orders: Insider from 600 points, VIP from 1200 points.
Some perks need Active Member status — at least one order in the last 12 months.
