Methods & Rates

  • Standard (A-Post/Priority, Swiss Post): CHF 7.00

  • Free shipping: On orders from CHF 50 (calculated after discounts, excluding shipping costs).

Note: Oversized/heavy parcels or remote areas may incur surcharges; we will inform you before dispatch if this applies.

Handling & Delivery Times

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 15:00 (3 PM) on business days (Mon–Fri) are handed over to Swiss Post the same day.

  • Standard Handling: Orders placed after 15:00, or on weekends/public holidays, will be dispatched the following business day.

  • Transit time after dispatch:

    • CH/LI Standard: 1–2 business days.

    • Please note: Peak periods (BFCM, holidays, weather) may cause slight delays.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email.

Address & Delivery

  • Destinations: Delivery to residential/business addresses and P.O. Boxes (where supported by Swiss Post).

  • Undeliverable/Returned Parcels: For parcels returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect, we will refund the item value minus incurred shipping costs. Alternatively, we can reship upon request (additional postage fees will apply).

Part Shipments & Pre-Orders

  • If an item is not immediately available, we may ship your order in parts (at no extra cost to you).

  • Pre-orders/Backorders: These ship separately once available. Estimated availability dates are shown on the specific product page.

Transport Damage & Missing Parcels

Please check your parcel immediately upon receipt.

  • Damage/Errors: Report transport damage, shortages, or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery to info@kkumida.ch (please include photos/video for documentation).

  • Lost Parcels: A shipment is generally considered lost after 10 business days without any tracking scans. We will then open an investigation with the carrier.

Temperature & Hazardous Goods (Beauty)

  • Hazardous Goods: We do not ship hazardous goods (e.g., highly flammable aerosols).

  • Extreme Weather: During periods of extreme heat or cold, shipments may be briefly paused to protect product quality.
