Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 14-day return window. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, sealed (where applicable), with tags/labels intact, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us first at info@kkumida.ch (RMA request). Do not send anything back before we approve the return. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior request and approval won’t be accepted. For returns due to defect, wrong item, or transport damage, we cover the return shipping costs (prepaid label). For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the actual return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (or you can return at your own expense with tracking).

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos/video for documentation. For approved cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and further instructions.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and product safety, cosmetics/beauty items are subject to special rules:
Only unopened, sealed products are returnable. Opened, tested, or unsealed cosmetics are excluded from withdrawal except in cases of defect or wrong delivery.
Items with a minimum shelf life (expiry date) must have at least 6 months of remaining shelf life at the time of return.
Items marked “short-dated”, samples/minis, sheet masks, and single-use ampoules are non-returnable unless defective.
Allergic reactions/intolerances are not considered a product defect; please conduct a patch test before first use.
Independently of the above, custom/personalized items, gift cards, and hazardous materials/flammable liquids or gases are excluded from returns. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
We’re unfortunately unable to accept returns of final-sale items where indicated on the product page. Bundles/sets are only refundable as a complete set. Free gifts (GWP) must be included with the return; otherwise, their value may be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
Returning the item you have is the fastest way to get what you want. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
