Animal testing for cosmetics has been banned in the EU since 2013 and in Korea since 2017, and every product we stock is sold in line with European cosmetics law. Where a brand also holds an independent certification such as Leaping Bunny or PETA, you will find the logo on the pack.

Cruelty-free is not the same as vegan. For formulas without animal-derived ingredients, look for our Vegan tag.

Yes. We buy only from the brands themselves or their authorised distributors, never from resellers or marketplaces. Every product arrives sealed with its original Korean batch code and ships from our own warehouse in Switzerland or Austria. If anything looks or feels different from what you know, email us a photo and we will make it right.

For skincare, layer from the thinnest texture to the thickest.

Morning
Cleanser → Toner → Serum or ampoule → Eye cream → Moisturiser → SPF, every day, winter included

Evening
Oil cleanser → Water cleanser → Toner → Mask or device, 2 to 3 times a week → Serum or ampoule → Eye cream → Moisturiser

Use strong acids (AHA, BHA, PHA, peels) and retinoids on different nights, and add one new active at a time. For hair, body and makeup, follow the directions on the pack.
