Every product arrives sealed with its original Korean batch code and ships from our own warehouse in Switzerland or Austria. If anything looks or feels different from what you know, email us a photo and we will make it right.

Oil cleanser → Water cleanser → Toner → Mask or device, 2 to 3 times a week → Serum or ampoule → Eye cream → Moisturiser

Use strong acids (AHA, BHA, PHA, peels) and retinoids on different nights, and add one new active at a time. For hair, body and makeup, follow the directions on the pack.
